Document the agreed reefer plan, lot positions and loading handover for Monthong without confusing setpoints with fruit temperature.
A reefer loading record should explain what was agreed, what was loaded and which observations were made at handover. For Monthong, the equipment display alone is not a complete record of fruit condition or the transport process.
Confirm the validated transport plan
Obtain the instructions approved for the actual product form, maturity stage, packaging and route. Record the equipment reference and the settings the responsible parties have agreed. Record the physical load

Identify who released the product, who received it for carriage and who will receive the records. Keep the loading sheet with the order and arrival assessment so the sequence can be reconstructed.
