Plan the red dragon fruit pack

Pack red dragon fruit for China according to the buyer’s handling and retail plan. Send the importer a case photo, label draft and pallet pattern. If fruit will be cut after arrival, discuss how the receiving team will keep red juice from staining other produce or packaging.

Confirm destination handling and documentation

Keep the lot code and declared origin visible, and reconcile quantities on the packing list. Ask the importer to confirm that the pack and product description match its current approved pathway; a new carton does not itself resolve an access issue. China Customs official guidance

Agree dispatch and arrival checks

For a re-export or multi-channel order, retain the original country-of-origin and plant-health records when cases are split. Make the secondary cases traceable to the original lot. The China importer should confirm whether its customer needs separate Chinese-language case information for each channel.
