Compare the commercial terms
For Ri6, have the buyer confirm cultivar identity, offered form, maturity description, pack format and lot evidence. Ask what the seller means by each grade term. Avoid comparing quotes until the same product form and inspection point are specified. Request a written offer identifying the seller, product form, lot reference, quantity basis, quote validity and named delivery point. Compare offers only after normalizing currency, freight responsibility and inspection terms; an attractive unit price may exclude material landed costs. For Malaysia, distinguish edible fruit from planting material and confirm current MAQIS controls and tariff treatment with the importer for the exact origin and presentation.
