Define a processor-led thawing trial for Ri6 pulp to assess texture, pack integrity and usable output under validated instructions.
Frozen Ri6 pulp should be evaluated using the processor’s instructions for that product and pack. A trial is an opportunity to test performance in the buyer’s process, not an invitation to improvise a universal thawing temperature or holding time from a generic fruit article.
Obtain the product-specific instructions
Confirm whether the sample is deseeded pulp, seed-in arils or another form. Request the processing and packing specification, storage requirements and validated thawing and use instructions. Set the measurements before opening

Use the result to specify the order
Agree the acceptable performance and the evidence needed for subsequent lots. Clarify post-opening handling with the processor rather than deriving it from appearance.
