Ri6 Durian Quality Evidence: What Photos and Sensors Cannot Prove

Understand the limits of product photographs and single temperature readings when assessing a Ri6 durian offer or delivery.

Whole durians sorted into unbranded crates at a fruit collection point.

A clear photo and a temperature display are useful pieces of Ri6 purchasing evidence. They are not a complete quality certificate. The buyer needs to understand what each item actually measures, which fruit or location it represents and what remains unverified.

Read a photograph within its boundaries

A whole-fruit image can document visible appearance and packaging at the moment it was taken. A cut image can show the opened sample. Neither alone establishes the cultivar, condition of unopened fruit, full lot size or handling history. Request the lot identifier, sample-selection explanation and original capture context when those points matter.

Identify the measurement behind a temperature number

Ask whether the reading is air, surface or an appropriately measured product temperature. Record the instrument, location and time. A display without this information can easily be interpreted as something it is not. A continuous logger trace adds time information but still needs its position and operating details to be understood.

Build a small evidence matrix

List each purchasing question beside the evidence required to answer it. Product identity may need lot records; internal condition may require a representative cut assessment; a handling question may require time-stamped records. Mark missing evidence openly instead of substituting the most convenient photograph. This keeps the supplier request focused rather than asking for documents without a purpose.

Approve only what has been checked

Use a written trial decision that states the sample, product form and conditions reviewed. Ask for further evidence where an important question remains unresolved. Send HAFAMEX the exact Ri6 decision you need to make and the evidence format your receiving team can use, so the response supports evaluation without implying more certainty than the records provide.
